Previously always bought Karcher
Previously always bought Karcher, due to constantly having to replace every couple of years decided to have a change. Only used about 4 times since purchase but seems pretty equal and more compact.

Excellent company to deal with
The goods were very efficiently and quickly delivered. Due to manufacturer’s packing error, there was one small but important component missing. Customer services acted speedily in rectifying the situation. Very well dealt with.

Mower purchase
The mower I ordered arrived quickly however when I came to open the box there were cracks on the frame and 1 wheel. The team at world of power responded to my emails quickly and helped resolve the issue with no problems at all and also arranged for it to be collected and a new mower sent out to replace it. Very impressed with the people i was in contact with . Thank you!

Unfortunately item was delayed which was understandable but waited 3 times for delivery was giving time slot and was a no show eventuality contacted courier who sorted out. Blamed weather etc but a courtesy call would have been nice or message this is not a world of power fault but courier. Stihl cordless blower great
